RETURNS

DNMCITY.COM accepts returns within 30 days from date of receipt on items that are unused, unworn and have their original tags attached for a full refund or exchange. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping, DNMCITY is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments.

Please include our packing slip (invoice) with your return to the following address:

Once delivered, please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return. Returns for refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. 

Refunds should appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing depending on your bank.

 

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please send an email to hello@dnmcity.com with your order # to start the exchange process. 

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

SHIPPING ERROR & DAMAGE ITEMS

In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund. Please email hello@dnmcity.com to start the process.
